Maybe you've been to an interactive RHPS showing at Universal CityWalk or even at the Fashion Square AMC back in the day, so you're aware of the props to bring and when to make them seen during the film.

But if not, here's the deal: At certain points in the movie, Rocky Horror devotees throw or yell certain props/phrases to further their engagement in the movie. For example, when Brad and Janet get married at the beginning of the film, moviegoers throw rice (as you would have in the '70s before it was common knowledge that eating rice is actually bad for birds — oops).

Oblivion Taproom is showing the Rocky Horror Picture Show movie, starring Tim Curry, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 28. We've picked a few Frankenfurter-approved plates from their menu that would be appropriate for the full RHPS experience. (But please don't throw them at the screen.)

What: 'Murica Burger – a burger patty topped with a hot dog, cheese, red onion, potato chips, lettuce, tomato, pickle and special sauce.
Why: During the song "Planet Schmanet Janet," Brad sings the lyrics: "You're a hot dog, but you better not try to hurt her, Frankenfurter!" referring to Dr. Frankenfurter.

What: Oblivion Cuban – pulled pork, bacon, ham, cheese, pickles and mustard on toasted Cuban bread.
Why: Frankenfurter proposes a toast, and RHPS fans sometimes throw toast at the movie screen to fulfill his wish. Instead, order the Cuban. It's toasted, and toasted bread is way better eaten than thrown.

What: Rice-brewed beer
(from Asia, like Kirin Ichiban, or many gluten-free beers)
Why: See above. Brad and Janet (played by Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon) get married at the beginning of the film, so why not get started with a rice-based brew? Oblivion's selection is ever-rotating, and we're hoping they'll have this RHPS-perfect bev ready to go.

Costumes are encouraged, and don't forget to bring your dancing shoes. You'll be pulled out on the floor to do the Time Warp before the night is over.
