Executive chef Wendy Lopez of Tapa Toro makes no bones about her favorite dessert: It's the crema Catalana at Tapa Toro at I-Drive 360, and it's no wonder why she put it on the dessert menu for Bite30, which wraps on June 30.

Lighter than crème brûlée but just as satisfying, the cream and milk for the dessert are steeped with cinnamon and orange zest before being combined with sugar and eggs and baked in a water bath.

Chef Lopez serves the dessert with a couple of orange supremes and some fresh mint to accent the citrus notes. It's a Florida-forward take on a classic European sweet.

Be sure to include the #bite30 hashtag in your Instagram posts, and come out for Bite Night, which will feature Tapa Toro and more than 20 other dining hot spots, on Monday, June 27.

Each week, one Instagram participant will win gift cards from ALL the participating restaurants and a dinner party for 10 at Maddey's Craft & Cru.

The next round of winners will be announced on June 29.
