We've made no bones about how much we love the newly expanded Winter Park Village Publix. It has everything, really: a gelato counter, coffee bar, giant cheese section, bakery/pastry counter and so many prepared foods we'll never have to plan dinner again.

It's been so successful that tomorrow, June 1, the next phase of construction begins, as the WPV Publix expands further to include an Aprons cooking school on the premises. The construction will continue through the first week of September, assuming all goes to schedule (hi, hurricane season!).
