Video shows test ride at Universal's Skull Island: Reign of Kong

A video recently posted on YouTube shows a test ride at Universal Orlando's Skull Island: Reign of Kong

YouTuber katonkeyz published the video on Monday, April 25, giving a peak at what looks to be one of the ride's exploration tour buses.

The Orlando Business Journal speculates that the video was shot from the Pteranodon Flyers ride at Islands of Adventure, which gives the viewer a birds-eye view over the construction walls of Skull Island.

Universal Orlando's blog has already released a few details about the expedition vehicle, stating that it will take guests through a 1930s prehistoric expedition around Skull Island and into the realm of King Kong.

Some of the creatures that will be featured in the new attraction have been revealed as well, including a terapusmordax (a large flying predator with a wingspan of 10 feet) and a vastatosaurus rex (the largest and most intimidating dinosaur).

The attraction is set to open this summer.
