Americans: We love our lists. Since Valentine's Day is approaching (for better or worse), OpenTable, the reservations website, has compiled its list of the Most Romantic Restaurants in the U.S., based on more than 20,000 reviews.

Six Florida restaurants made the cut, three of them in Central Florida, so if you're planning a road trip with your sweet someone (or staying in town, The Melting Pot is on the list anyway), make sure to snag a reservation like, now, at one of these restos where romance is hi priority.

The Cellar Restaurant – Daytona Beach
Collage Restaurant – St. Augustine
Latitudes – Key West
The Melting Pot – National locations
Palme d’Or – Coral Gables
Seagar’s Restaurant – Destin

See the whole list here, just in case you're getting on a plane next weekend for a V-Day getaway.
