Bacon and eggs for dinner is pretty much the best lifehack for busy people these days, but tonight there's a way to make breakfast-for-dinner even easier: Go out.

Tonight, the Coop in Winter Park reprises its past brinnertime event, dishing up their full breakfast menu from 5 p.m. until close, so you can get your fill of chicken and waffles, lemon-blueberry pancakes, and their award-winning biscuits until the sun is way, way, down. Then, come back for another helping just hours later, if you please.

Some of our favorites from the breakfast menu (it is harder to choose once you get the counter, so best to decide now):

— Tamale Pancake topped with pulled pork (a la sister resto 4 Rivers)
— The King (peanut butter, banana and chocolate sandwiched between two slices of French Toast)
— Southern poutine (fries topped with sausage gravy, cheese and a fried egg)

Haven't been yet and wanna see what you're in for? Check out our gallery of photos from the early days of what's now a classic WP spot for homestyle cooking.

If breakfast just isn't your thing (nobody's perfect), they'll be serving their full dinner menu, too, so meatloaf it up.
