Posted By on Wed, Nov 4, 2015 at 12:45 PM

Yes, there was briefly a lockdown at Dr. Phillips High School today, after a student reported seeing a gun on campus to an administrator. Officers responded to the school's call and conducted a search but found nothing.
At 12:33 p.m., the Orlando Police Department tweeted that the lockdown was lifted:  Police say they will remain on campus with an "increased presence" through an early dismissal time of 1:15 p.m.
