Things aren't looking too good for SeaWorld Entertainment. Aside from the company's profits plunging about 84 percent in it second quarter, park attendance is down, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

The decline in attendance, along with discounting and marketing expenses lead the company to a profit of $5.8 million this quarter, as opposed to $37.4 million in the second quarter of 2014.

SeaWorld also said it's having "brand challenges" regarding the controversy about orca whales and the effects of captivity brought to the mainstream by the 2013 documentary "Blackfish."
