Let your kids walk down the red carpet this summer at the Enzian. For two weeks, your little Spielberg can learn about the art and history of filmmaking, make their own films and showcase them at a 'World Premier.'

KidFest 2015 is hosting its summer camp from July 6 to July 17 (with the graduation ceremony on July 19) for kids entering grades 5-8.

After, what the Enzian is referring to as, KidFest 1, campers can enroll in the follow up, KidFest 2, starting July 20. As you could assume, KidFest 2 involves advanced film techniques that build on what was learned prior, including script writing and editing.

"The idea is that they get inspired," Valerie Cisneros, part of the Enzian's Public Relations team, said. "They learn some techniques, and they are able to take those with them for whatever they do."

The tuition for KidFest 1 is $550, with a discounted rate of $475 for Enzian members, and KidFest 2 tuition is $650, or $575. Tuition will include everything the camper needs, including lunch and snacks each day.

Campers of the program are also eligible to receive a full scholarship to cover the cost with help from Disney World Resort and the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida. You can find the application here.

If you are unable to get in this year, the Enzian, with help from the Walt Disney World Resort, are going to be hosting KidFest Summer Movie Series free and open to the public. Movies include The Time Machine, Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Annie, and more. Check out their schedule on their website.

"We are also currently in the middle of an expansion," Cisneros said. "We hope that once we do expand, we will be able to offer more workshops and camps for youths and adults."

The enrollment for KidFest is currently full, but you can go to their website to be put on the waiting list if there are any cancellations.
