Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. And yes, we know it doesn't start until Sept. 25 (through Nov. 16) but some people like to plan ahead, OK?

Lamington cakes, Australia Marketplace at Epcot Food & Wine Fest 2015
Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp with Pineapple, Peppers, Onions and Snap Peas debuts at the Australia Marketplace. Also,
Lamington cakes (pictured above) make their return to Australia Marketplace; they were featured when the Australia Marketplace debuted in 1997 during the Epcot fest's second year.
The New Zealand Marketplace will debut
Seared Venison Loin with Wild Mushroom Ragout and Kumara Dumpling (kumara is what Kiwis call the orange tuber that Americans usually call sweet potato).

Pepper Bacon Mac 'n Cheese, Farm Fresh Marketplace at Epcot Food & Wine Fest 2015
Based on the above picture, we'll go out on a limb and predict that the debut of
Pepper Bacon Mac 'n Cheese at the Farm Fresh Marketplace will be popular.
At the Brasil Marketplace, they'll debut
Escondidinho de Came (which translates to "Little Hidden One"): a layered meat pie with mashed yuca.

Scottish Citrus Thistle, Scotland Marketplace at Epcot Food & Wine Fest 2015
And the Scotland Marketplace will serve a brand-new drink, the
Scottish Citrus Thistle (above). (Is there native citrus in Scotland? Never mind.)
Other activities at Epcot Food & Wine Fest 2015:
- Celebrity chefs – Renowned chef and cookbook author John Ash, who participated in the inaugural Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in 1996, will return to celebrate the 20th milestone year. Other notable chefs including Cat Cora, Robert Irvine, Jamie Deen, Rock Harper, Kenny Gilbert and Buddy Valastro will cook for Epcot guests and share their culinary know-how during demos and premium events.
- Ratatouille rocks – Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak invites kids of all ages to join a World Showcase scavenger hunt for little Remy statuettes hidden around the park’s World Showcase. Maps, stickers and prizes are involved.
- Festival Center gets cookin’ – Guests can join culinary demonstrations, beverage seminars and mixology seminars daily for a nominal fee. More festival fun will include the complimentary Back to Basics weekend series featuring epicurean tips and tricks from the pros.
