It can be argued that, come Girl Scout cookie season, the under-18 gang clad in green, brown and blue uniforms become almost like drug pushers – but, you know, with cookies. They come knocking at your door, trying to sell you a fix. They hang out in front of the grocery store when you're at your absolute weakest: You're hungry and you're about to get down with some serious shopping; a cookie would really hit the spot, wouldn't it? And then there are the parental pushers, bringing the all-too-familiar form to work, casually laying it in the common area, knowing that the crack, er, cookies are impossible to resist.

Now, the Girl Scouts (and their little henchpeople, Brownies and Daisy Scouts) are making it even easier to no-shame-eat Thin Mints or Caramel Delites (Samoas, to some of you). For the first time ever, you'll be able to order online and have them shipped directly to your door. The only person judging you will be the UPS driver.

The online cookie sales will take place on a personalized website or mobile app, so that your favorite scout will still get credit for the sale. They will only be available via email invitation, so you'll still need to know someone in the scouting biz to score yourself some Tagalongs, Do-Si-Dos or Trefoils.

Girl Scout cookie season starts in just over a month, according to the Girl Scouts website. That gives you plenty of time to budget, both your wallet and your waistline.
