No, it’s not time for the turkey quite yet; but you’ll gobble down heaps of food with your friends shamelessly for a good cause any day, right? This celebration of gathering and gobbling takes over East End Market for a second year, honoring the farmers and food producers that not only set the course on our pilgrimage of Turkey Day festivity but also the other 364 days that our stomachs go rumbling. The multi-course, open-air dinner marks the fifth anniversary of A Local Folkus’ Winter Park Harvest Festival, a celebration of our local agricultural superheroes, and a video tour of the featured farms will be shown in the course of the evening. We needed a little rehearsal for Thanksgiving anyway.

7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14 | East End Market, 3201 Corrine Drive | 321-236-3316 | eastendmkt.com | $75
