In case you missed the memo in your Monday morning slump, today is National Coffee Day. To celebrate this eye-opening holiday, Krispy Kreme is offering a free 12-ounce coffee to everyone who walks through the door. If plain old hot coffee's not your thing, you can use the free deal on a latte, mocha or iced coffee instead. And if 12 ounces isn't enough for you? You can purchase a small coffee for only a buck! All three Orlando-area Krispy Kreme locations are participating in the promotion, so head on over to one to get an afternoon pick-me-up.

Also participating in National Coffee Day locally is Barnie's CoffeeKitchen, as reported in Tip Jar, where they're offering buy-one-get-one coffee all day AND free brewsticks (you know, the little packets of cold brew concentrate?). Both the Winter Park and downtown CityArts locations are taking part in the National Coffee Day Deal, so go get buzzed!
