Winter Park businesses are offering discounts … but only if you’re a part of the SunRail daily grind

Winter Park shops and restaurants are offering a variety of discounts to SunRail riders this summer. Through September 30, SunRail patrons can enjoy promotions that are sure to keep the cravings at bay such as a free appetizer at Blu on the Avenue, a free dessert at 310 Park South, and 10% off ice cream cones at Kilwins. The promotion also includes more obscure offers such as 10% off single items at Timothy’s Gallery, Through the Looking Glass, and Ten Thousand Villages. But perhaps the most exciting offer is a free glass of wine or beer from Rollin’s unique hotel and contemporary art space, The Alfond Inn.

Though these discounts certainly aren’t your usual “buy one bottle of window cleaner get one free” type offers, they do come with a catch. The SunRail, which only runs from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays, is only relevant to those with steady 9-5 jobs. Pair that with the offers from Park Plaza Gardens and The Bistro on Park Avenue that are only valid on the day of travel, and you’re looking at offers that are only applicable for a few lucky, select Central Floridians. View the rest of SunRail’s Winter Park promotions here, but prepare for disappointment if you’re not a part of the daily grind.
