Blue Bird, reigning Best of Orlando champ for best bakery and best cupcake, will be offering their most popular wintertime flavors, including the aforementioned candy cane, as well as gingerbread, rumball (which should totally be renamed "yumball"), pumpkin and fruitcake. Yes, fruitcake. If the bakery plans to go holiday traditional, the fruitcake offering will not be a cupcake, but a scone. While we're super-excited about these options, we've got our fingers crossed that they'll surprise us with an appearance of the ridiculously delicious peppermint bark cupcake, which just happens to be this writer's (not so) secret favorite.
While you're there, grab a cup of Top Hat coffee (iced, of course) and a box of Wondermade marshmallows. The Guinness-flavored mallows make a tasty floater at the top of a well-poured Guinness. And their lemonade marshmallows? They're basically summer in a candy cloud.
