According to a report by WKMG, Captain America was arrested yesterday for sending nude pics of himself to a 16-year-old girl. Not the real Captain America, of course; he's too goody-goody and filled with morals and responsibilities for that. And really, we all know the Avengers are smarter than that. The alleged-superhero-sexter was 29-year-old James Alton, who was employed as a Captain America costumed character at Universal Orlando.

Alton met the teen at the park in April and, soon after, they started exchanging sexually explicit text messages. Captain American and the teen were making plans to meet up in person on Friday, but, before the rendezvous could conspire, the teen's father discovered the messages and put the kibosh on it. The father gave authorities screenshots of the messages and Alton was arrested on charges of "transmission of harmful materials to a minor by a computer, a third-degree felony.

Faux-Iron Man could not be reached for comment on the incident.
