Whole Foods announced that they will be opening a second location in Winter Park. With more than 40,000 square feet, the new store will be nearly double the size of the chain's Aloma Avenue location. The current Whole Foods Market location will remain open and the new one will go up at the corner of Lee Road and 17-92. Coincidentally, that just so happens to be right up the road from where Trader Joe's is being built. Healthy competition is good, right?

Whole Foods hasn't announced when the store will be open, but we'll be sure to keep you in the loop.
