Maximum fun, minimum sweat: easy Halloween cocktails & snacks

Posted By on Thu, Oct 31, 2013 at 12:00 PM

We've got you covered. Three easy Halloween cocktails and some practically effortless snacks mean you can pretty much pull a Halloween party out of your ass. "Fast" and "easy" are your two favorite words when it comes to parties, right? (Don't have a costume, either? Check our story on last-minute costume classics that you can make from stuff lying around the house.)

First up, drinks.

The Zombie is a Tiki classic, but who has time for a 10-ingredient Halloween cocktail? My Zombie Remix is simplified but still delicious — and frighteningly strong.

Also seasonally appropriate is the Remixed Corpse Reviver — my version adds Florida citrus.

And the Dark & Stormy isn't technically a Halloween cocktail, but hey, that name is kinda spooky ... and it is the easiest drink ever.

Next: snacks. Cruise through our "Fun Halloween Snacks Anyone Can Make" gallery for inspiration, or just check out the below: These are so basic there's no need for a recipe.
