DJ, producer and former Orlando-area troublemaker Diplo is planning to break the world record for twerking. He's currently seeking 50 girls to "#expressthemselves" on Sept. 1 during his Electric Zoo Festival set in New York.

He even has an Instagram video calling for "butts around the world" to audition for one of 50 coveted spots in his twerk wall by emailing video of your best twerk to twerk4diplo@gmail.com.

The fine print: You have to be 18 or older to play, and your audition videos may be used to promote the event.

Diplo has a certain je ne sais quoi that compels women to twerk for him with abandon. Like this schoolteacher who got in trouble for tweeting him a photo of her twerking topless. Or all of the women who rose to Diplo's #ExpressYourself challenge last year.
