Chef/writer/TV puppet/Paula Deen hater/Ramones tubthumper/silver fox Anthony Bourdain is coming to Orlando to give us all a piece of his mind... and we can't wait. His "Guts and Glory: An Evening With Anthony Bourdain" tour is stopping at Hard Rock Live in Orlando Friday, April 26, and we have a pair of tickets for you! Keep reading to find out how to win.

As this evening of storytelling will prove, it's misleading to label Bourdain a "celebrity chef." He's got abrasive, yet hilarious opinions on so many things besides food: politics, travel, music, MMA fighting ... which kinda reminds us of another young chef with a lot to say: Eddie Huang.

You may remember Eddie from our Feb. 27 cover story, "Huang time coming: Is Orlando expatriate Eddie Huang the next Anthony Bourdain?", in which he discussed his recently published memoir, Fresh Off the Boat, and tossed off some Bourdain-esque observations. (Little bit of Orlando haterade there, but it's all out of love, he assured me.)

Here's how to win: In that story, we mentioned a few of Eddie's nicknames for himself ... email us with one name that Eddie Huang has labeled himself.

  • Send answer to contests@orlandoweekly.com ...
  • ... no later than 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 24.
  • Put "Guts & Glory" in your subject line.
  • We'll choose randomly from the correct answers and give the lucky winner two tickets to see Anthony Bourdain at Hard Rock on Friday, April 26!
