This is the kind of event you have to experience in person. And we mean that in the most literal sense: The bulk of the details for this culinary tour, including which restaurants you’ll visit, are kept secret until 48 hours before the event time. But here’s what we do know: You’ll meet at Beth’s Burger Bar on East Washington Street and then embark on a food- tasting adventure throughout downtown Orlando, hitting up four different restaurants – from outside cafés to upscale restaurants, according to the event website – to taste their specialty dishes and meet the chefs. Options are available for vegetarians, but if you’re a picky eater with dietary restrictions, this isn’t the event for you. There are a limited number of tickets left, so grab them while you can. And follow @dishcrawlorl on Twitter for updates on locations and other details. It might sound a bit vague, but if their goal was to intrigue, it’s working: The anticipation has worked up our appetite. – Aimee Vitek
