Sunday, Jan. 6 – The Way Home

7:30 p.m.

Timucua White House

2000 S. Summerlin Ave.

Ashley Inguanta is a woman of many talents. Her works of fiction and poetry have earned her accolades both locally and nationally, and her photography lives everywhere, from the pages of well-respected magazines and literary journals to the digital spaces of Vogue Italia. Now, Inguanta can add a new achievement to her expanding list: a published collection of works. The Way Home comes out Jan. 4 and, in the collaborative spirit that she loves so much, Inguanta will celebrate by performing her collection at the Timucua White House on Jan. 6, with musicians Mandy Burgan and Benoit Glazer, as well as dancer Christin Carlow. Literature, art, music, dance, pick your poison – there will be plenty of each to enjoy. Inguanta assures in the event’s Facebook invite that “the show will indeed be wild.” (Check back on Facebook for last-minute details.) Whatever wild expectation you have, rest assured, you will come away inspired. – Katherine Ramirez Massey
