That first Negative Approach 7-inch ... holy shit, right? Totally legend. And, based on the power of that one record alone, vocalist John Brannon and the rest of the band have pretty much every right in the world to hit the road some (gulp) 30 years later as part of an open-ended reunion tour. Doesn’t matter if half the original band isn’t along for the ride. Doesn’t matter that – real talk, here – these guys are old dudes playing shows for really young dudes and that it’s all kind of a put-on. Doesn’t matter. Because that first Negative Approach 7-inch ... holy shit, right? – Jason Ferguson
