The Godfather II Screening Saturday @ Enzian (11am, $8)

Posted By on Fri, Aug 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM

Enjoy a full resolution DCP screening of Francis Ford Coppola's masterpiece at Enzian this Saturday, with lunch at Eden Bar.

The film, recently given a glowing restoration by Paramount for The Godfather's 30th anniversary, is a bookend to the original film, and a must have experience in the life of any cinephile.

The continuing saga of the Corleone crime family tells the story of a young Vito Corleone growing up in Sicily and in 1910s New York; and follows Michael Corleone in the 1950s as he attempts to expand the family business into Las Vegas, Hollywood and Cuba.

USA, 1974, In English and Italian, Spanish, and Latin with English subtitles, 200 min, Rated R, Directed by Francis Ford Coppola
