Today the Fresh Market specialty grocery store announced that it has signed a lease to open its 31st store in the state at the planned Mills Park development at Virginia and Mills.

In June, the Mills 50 Main Street announced that the supermarket was going to be part of the new complex, but Fresh Market refused to confirm.

Now it's official. Get ready for a mini Wegmans, everybody.
