The mini-Bieber who triggered 40 million girls' cycles with his jaw-dropping cover of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" last summer is coming to Hard Rock Live next Thursday, Feb. 17 to open for Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly).

YouTube announced Chance's recital handicam was the #3 most-viewed video of 2010 and Ellen Degeneres signed him to her new "record label," Eleveneleven.
