America has the negro fever!!!!!

Posted on Mon, Mar 10, 2008 at 5:04 PM

This according to none other than Geraldine Ferraro, best known as Mondale's first-ever female 1984 veep choice (and co-loser of 49 states to Reagan). Oh, and a big time Hillary fundraiser, surrogate, supporter, mouthpiece, etc.

"If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept."

Yes, indeed. Barack Hussein Obama has had it sooooo easy in the political world. It can't be that he's smart and engaging. It's that he's a damn dirty negro, and Americans are apparently collectively sleeping with him to piss off daddy or something. Oh, and Hillary would totally be where she is - no, further - if she wasn't married to a Clinton. Clearly, she's more experienced than Joe Biden or Chris Dodd, the white Senate males who didn't do so well this time out.

While we're at it, Ferraro says that change shit is for the birds.

Ferraro does not buy the notion of Obama as the great reconciler. "I was reading an article that said young Republicans are out there campaigning for Obama because they believe he's going to be able to put an end to partisanship," Ferraro said, clearly annoyed. "Dear God! Anyone that has worked in the Congress knows that for over 200 years this country has had partisanship - that's the way our country is."

New slogan: HILLARY CLINTON: EMBRACING THE STATUS QUO SINCE 1973
