Dogs don't understand English, dumbass.

"Police arrested a 28-year-old man Sunday on a cruelty to animals charge after he yelled an obscenity at a police dog in a patrol vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit ..."

I understand that humans like to anthropomophize their canine friends, but seriously, how can anyone think that it's a good idea to arrest someone for swearing at a dog?

If dogs spoke English, they'd be much easier to train:
