Whoa, now THIS is an election irregularity!

UPI reports:

"Election officials in Florida's Broward County were stunned to find one of the world's rarest stamps on an envelope containing an absentee ballot.

If it's genuine, the stamp on the ballot of unknown origin is a 1918 Inverted Jenny, similar to one sold in mint condition for $525,000 last year. "
