"The Return of Rockabilly" ... like it ever left. It just hasn't been the in thing since the Stray Cats broke up. But it's true -- rockabilly is back in a big way, as this album points out. This 14-song compilation has some of the best rockabilly and greaser bands ever to get up and go. "Have Wheels Gotta Roll" by The Belmont Playboys is a crowd-pleaser, along with "Do the Devil" by the infamous Amazing Royal Crowns (before they changed their name to the Amazing Crowns due to confusion between them and the Royal Crown Revue). Others include The Big Six, Mac Curtis and Sapphire faves Cigar Store Indians. Released by Orlando-based label Beloved Entertain-ment, "

The Return of Rockabilly" is a well-rounded disc that should make it into any greaser's collection. Just please give me new cover art.
