Picks This Week: Mea Culpa, Warped Tour, Kool Keith and more

Mea Culpa
Though the humid environs of New Orleans might not seem the most obvious birthing ground for dark postpunk, you'll be reaching for your trenchcoat and Camus paperback in no time.
9 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, at Uncle Lou's, $5

Steve Aoki
Remixer, DJ, party catalyst Aoki's show at the House of Blues will have a portion of the proceeds going towards the OneOrlando Fund.
8 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at House of Blues, $39.50

Kool Keith
Hip-hop iconoclast embraces total creative freedom with the fervor of an Aleister Crowley; he's done it all, he's on a whole other plane than us mere mortals.
9 p.m. Friday, July 1, at Will's Pub, $16-$20

Warped Tour
'Tis the season! Now into its second decade, this traveling lifestyle brand boasts a lineup ranging from Atreyu to Less Than Jake to Waka Flocka Flame.
11 a.m. Saturday, July 2, at Tinker Field, $40

The Doubleclicks
The deceptively whimsical anti-folk duo fills their songs with references to the detritus of hypermodern life, with a biting streak of black humor. They're gonna be a cult favorite for anti-social noise bands in the future.
5 p.m. Sunday, July 3, at the Geek Easy, $5-$10

I-4 Fest
Eleven years and counting! Twenty-six local bands and a buncha local art vendors is maybe, just maybe, a better way to spend the day than sweltering away at a theme park and/or lake front just to see the same fireworks as last year.
12 p.m. Monday, July 4, at Austin's Coffee, $7

Culture Club
As if perfectly frozen in amber, there is absolutely no issue to be found with the inherent quality of a Culture Club performance circa 2016, any more than circa 1986.
8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, at Hard Rock Live, $55.50-$126
