Knot your usual breadsticks 

Garlic "knots" are cropping up in town, about 10 years after vendors began hawking them on every other corner in New York City. Get them while they're hot at new Trotti's Pizza.

They're basically breadsticks with a twist: Strips of pizza dough are tied into knots, brushed with garlic butter and baked until they turn puffy, golden and sizzling (half a dozen for $2.50).

In addition, Trotti's offers pizzas, subs and a reinvented "jumbo" chicken wing. Even a small order weighs in at more than one pound ($5.25). Try the "suicide" variety if you dare, or play it safe with the more forgiving "garlic BBQ" wings.

For now, Trotti's is primarily for takeout, with limited dine-in seating. Delivery service should be coming soon.
