Some of the most important chefs in the country will share the blueprints for their culinary creations during the fourth annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Oct. 23-Nov. 21 at Walt Disney World Resort.
Among the guest chefs (the names might not be famous but in their industry they are renowned) hosting daily cooking demonstrations and book signings are Don Pintabona of New York's Tribeca Grill, Jacques Torres from Le Cirque 2000 in New York and Rick Bayless of Chicago's Frontera Grill.
In the evenings, guests can investigate appetizer tastings ($1-$3) of cuisines from British to Moroccan on a tour of the World Showcase. The Saturday-evening "Grand Tastings" ($55 per person) offer a more in-depth exploration, featuring cuisine from celebrated chefs and samples from 30 leading wineries.
