That luscious orange marmalade you'll enjoy on Soco's brioche French toast (along with the candied peanuts and whiskey syrup) also makes its way into a brawny concoction they call the Royal Palm. Umatilla-distilled Palm Ridge Reserve whiskey is shaken with the house-cooked marmalade, then graced with a dark note of Scrappy's chocolate bitters.
