There's nothing like a cool, creative cocktail to take the edge off of summer's sizzle. And you'll find some wild creations on the summer martini menu at Sapphire Supper Club (54 N. Orange Ave.; 246-1431).
Martinis take on a loose definition here, but who's complaining? Citrus-infused tequilas are the secret behind the "TNT': tonic water sweetened with orange-mango or lemon-lime tequila ($5.25).
More experimental is the "Cloudberry Cooler," a soothing recipe of Finlandia vodka, blueberry schnapps, club soda and cream. And the "Orange Ave." is as orange as it gets, with Stoli Orange, Cointreau and fresh orange juice.
For something even more fun, try the "Stop Light," a fruity trio of Fris vodka shots, each infused with Jolly Ranchers candies in watermelon, lemon and green apple.
