Who knew that Kissimmee had $725,000 to spend on public art? Well, environmental sculpture artist Jefrė Manuel of Studio Jefrė a.k.a. Jefrė won the bid for his wet 'n' wild "Rain" a 30-foot cube-shaped fountain that's the centerpiece for the Kissimmee City Commission's $25 million Lakefront Park redevelopment project.
On Wednesday, Jefrė opened Blank Space Art Lounge near Lake Eola.
