On Saturday, Pizza Bruno starts their brunch service, and we got a special sneak peek at the menu. Here are some menu items we're particularly jazzed about.
Breakfast Sammy ($12)
Mortadella, fontina, farm egg, arugula and pepperoni jam on an everything potato roll, plus fingerling potatoes.
Dutch Baby ($10-$18)
Get it with either fresh berries ($10) or topped with local braised pork shoulder, pickled onions, maple syrup and a soft-boiled egg ($18).
Gozo Breakfast Pie ($13)
Breakfast pizza crowned with capers, garlic, oregano, anchovies, hard-boiled egg and potato.
Breakfast Salad ($12)
A kale salad with golden raisins, candied pecans, pizza crumbs, pecorino cheese, Guanciale and a hard-boiled egg.
