Osprey Tavern expands brunch to Saturday starting March 5

For those four glorious hours, you'll be able to slurp oysters, nosh on fried chicken sandwiches and break bread (okay, lemon-poppy muffins, but still) with your mimosa-swilling friends until it's time to head to Seito for a revitalizing bowl of ramen.
Other standouts on the menu include the elusive Dutch Baby (I can't think of another restaurant in town that makes those), mocha macarons (dessert for breakfast!) and the fancy-ass hash browns known as rösti ("roasties" on the menu).
The cocktail menu is all brunched-out treatment, too, and includes a mezcal/grapefruit/Aperol drink called the Pancho Villa, an iteration of the Corpse Reviver (which some people call a hangover cure, hmm) and $15 bottomless mimosas made with cava.
Baldwin Park's hottest upscale dining ticket is adding an extra day to its ultra-popular brunch, and will now serve mid-morning munches from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays, as well as Sundays.
