Over the last two days, four manatees were brought back to warm waters after being rescued and rehabilitated at SeaWorld Orlando

Two manatees, named Carmine and Leonard, were rescued as orphaned calves in 2013. While the other two, Sheldon and Bernadette, were rescued from cold stress near Jacksonville, Florida, in December 2014.

After SeaWorld Orlando's care for the four manatees, the SeaWorld Animal Rescue and American Humane Association Red Star Rescue teams spent two days returning the manatees near the outfall of Port St. John power plant in Brevard County, according to SeaWorld Orlando.

Now in a warm environment, Carmine, Leonard, Sheldon and Bernadette can link with experienced manatees that are also seeking refuge from the cold waters.
