Here's the clip of the controversial July 4th performance at Neptune Beach.
According to WJXT

However, after his performance, he was still arrested by officers from the Neptune Beach Police Department.
Pittman was arrested for breach of peace after drawing a crowd of nearly 200 people. On July 27, Pittman rejected a plea deal
, which would've dropped the charges in exchange for community service.
No word yet on whether or not Pittman will be playing a victory encore.
