If you can’t wait for Frozen to overtake Norway next year or have your fair share of random food and wine booths, Epcot has something new to offer you. With the new ‘World Showcase: DestiNations Discovered tour, you’ll dive into the cultural background of each of the World Showcase pavilions. Yep, forgot all the hullabaloo about Epcot losing its culture, now Disney will march you around for 5 straight hours convincing you it’s still there (for an up charge, of course).

The five hour walking tour includes insights into the cultural influences on Disney’s animated classics. The tour focuses the numerous references found in the architecture, landscaping and displays found throughout World Showcase’s eleven nations. Highlights of the tour will include a cultural demonstration at one of the pavilions and touring of some backstage areas. While the tour may change recent tours have included an up close visit to France’s Eiffel Tower.

Lunch is included in the tour; currently being served at Restaurant Marrakesh. Cost is $109, park admission not included. The tour is for ages 16 and older. The tour does take guests in some restricted areas, in those areas no cameras or cell phone use is allowed. The tour can be booked by calling (407) 939-5277. Take the tour and impress your friends with your random cultural knowledge next time you’re drinking around the world.
