ranks AGA the 10th best activity in Orlando; they even have the paranormal equipment to confirm your suspicions. (Dare we hope for a Ghostbusters-style proton-stream-crossing incident?) The Maitland Art Center, now our area’s first National Historic Landmark, served as an artist’s colony in the mid-20th century, and the ghost of founder André Smith is said to have been spotted by various guests over the years. This event gives you the best of both worlds – being exposed to different artists while also possibly being exposed to ghosts. Who knows? This tour could turn you from a skeptic into a believer.
8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 | Maitland Art Center, 231 W. Packwood Ave., Maitland | 407-539-2181 | artandhistory.org
